Guaranteed rental return

The business model is simple; we rent great properties and then transform them into homes for our members. After visiting the property, we realize a technical-economic evaluation and if the property is suitable, we propose a contract of 1 to 5 years for the maximum market value. We effectively become your tenant, so regardless of whether there are any void periods, we pick up the liability and you’ll still receive your full rental amount.

We can arrange for an architect to design your home and guide you through the process. Our quality contractors will then step in and finish the project to a high standard. We also offer quick let dressing services and can turn around your property in no time, ready for the first tenants. This will involve a quick refresh, decorating it tastefully with good quality but economical furniture and equipping it with all the items a tenant might need.

Who will be living in your house?

Your property will be proposed to our selected clientele of professionals, who are looking to build their London life, much like the majority of our Landlords once were. We only accept new tenants after conducting a selective interview process and a reference check. We understand who our  members are and what they’re looking for in their London life. 

Licensing

We have built up relationships with all the boroughs we work in and we can secure a license for your property if it needs it. We’ll liaise with the council and organize visits to secure the license. If we need to make any changes to the property, we will put it back to how it was when we took it on if you’d like. All we ask from the Landlord is an up to date electrical and gas safety certificate, and if they aren’t already in the property, heat detectors in the kitchen, hard wired smoke alarm, fire doors and fire boarding the basement if there is one.
